1. Credit Usage Policy

If you have a credit with Compensation Coach, you may redeem it within 1 year of issuance. After 1 year, any unused credit will be automatically canceled and will no longer be valid.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Within 7 Days:

Purchases may be canceled within 7 days of the transaction date. Refund eligibility will depend on the type of service purchased (see manual work policy below).

Manual Work and Services Rendered:

No refunds will be provided for manual work already completed. Such work will be charged at the current market value rate.

24-Hour Full Refund:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

After 24 Hours:

Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will not qualify for a refund but may result in a credit for future use, subject to the 1-year credit policy outlined above.
